Recently I was in and wanted a FL Starbucks ornament. They looked in the back for me and couldn't find one. One of the employees told me that she would keep looking and if she wasn't able to find one that she would get one from another store for me and have it the next morning. I thanked her and left. I then came in the next day and she came through for me and I was handed the ornament when I walked in the door. Thank you so much for showing that great customer service still exists in this world!May 08, 2017
